On January 25th, Xin Qi, vice chairman of the China Association for International Friendly Contact (CAIFC), met with Philip Kotler, founder of Kotler Consulting Group in the United States, and both sides had an in-depth and friendly conversation about how to promote the development of Sino-US relations.
Vice-chairman Xin Qi said that the CAIFC has been for a long term dedicated to promoting the exchanges and cooperation of China and the US in economy, trade, science and technology, and humanities and that it is willing to work with Kotler Group to make more contributions to the mutual understanding and friendship between the two peoples.
Kotler thought that China’s rise is unstoppable and the development of China will bring opportunities for countries including the United States. He suggested that the United States and China strengthen cooperation to play a greater role in promoting world peace and prosperity.
Zhou Xinzheng, vice secretary-general of CAIFC, and Wang Xiaowei, director of the Peace and Development Research Center, were present at the meeting.
