From April 23rd to 30th, the China Association for International Friendly Contact (CAIFC) and School of Computer Science, National University of Defense Technology jointly organized the delegation to attend The Fifth International Information Security and Anti-terrorist Forum held in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Germany. The forum was co-hosted by Russian Federation Security Council and the international information security research Institute, and also undertaken by School of Information Security, Moscow State University. More than 120 officials and scholars from Russia, China, the United States, India and 14 other countries, and the U.N., OSCE, NATO and international organizations participated in the forum. In this forum, topics such as Security and Conduct Criteria of International Network Electromagnetic Space were discussed by groups. Senior General Kerry Marsh, secretarial assistant of the Russian Federation Security Council attended the opening ceremony and delivered an address, and President Victor Antonovich Sadovnichii of Moscow State University transmitted the speech of congratulation in video. During the forum, the CAIFC Delegation had bilateral discussions with Senior General Kerry Marsh and the retired general Schelsdjuk, dean of School of Information Security, Moscow State University, exchanging opinions on strengthening the cooperation between China and Russia in the field of network electromagnetic space.
