Washington Secretary of State Reed Visits Shanghai at the Invitation of CAIFC

At the invitation of the China Association for International Friendly Contact (CAIFC), Washington Secretary of State Sam ? Reed and his party of 8 persons visited Shanghai from October 24 to 26. They were hospitably entertained by Hu Jinhua, Counselor of the Shanghai Municipal Government and Vice-Chairman of the Shanghai Association for International Friendly Contact (SAIFC). In addition, Reed and his party had a discussion with leaders from the China Commercial Aircraft Company on the improvement of Sino-U.S. aerial technical cooperation, and visited the Expo.
