On June 23rd, scholar Raffaello Pantucci of Britain London International Institute for Strategic Studies had a discussion on China-Europe relations with staff of the Peace and Development Research Center of the China Association for International Friendly Contact (CAIFC). Both sides also discussed about strengthening the exchanges and cooperation between the two organizations.
On July 6th, Bloom, the former assistant US trade representative and famous economic commentator, came for a discussion on China-America relationship in the Peace and Development Research Center. Both sides made an in-depth discussion on financial crisis, economic situation in the United States as well as the opportunities and challenges that China-America relationship faces with.
