CAIFC Hosts the Eleventh “Agon Shu?Kiriyama”Cup Go Tournament

On the morning of June 30th, the opening ceremony of the Eleventh “Agon Shu?Kiriyama”Cup Chinese Quick-Go open tournament co-hosted by the China Association for International Friendly Contact (CAIFC) and China Go Association was held in China Go Association. Vice Chairman Shen Weiping of the CAIFC and Director General Shi Xuejun of Japan’s Agon Shu Bureau of Chinese Affairs attended the ceremony. As a competition of brand, “Agon Shu?Kiriyama”Cup has had increasing participants, won the favorable acceptance from a wide range of Chinese Go amateurs and high evaluation from the experts of Go between China and Japan, which plays a positive role in the popularization and development of Go in China.
