At the invitation of Garmisch Partenkirchen of Germany and Lomonosov Moscow State University, a delegation comprising persons from the China Association for International Friendly Contact (CAIFC) and National University of Defense Technology attended the Fourth Forum of International Information Security and Antiterrorism held in Germany from April 10th to 15th.
This forum is jointly held by Lomonosov Moscow State University and the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Addresses. Around 150 officials and scholars from Russia, America, Germany, Canada, India, Japan, South Korea, Kazakhstan, Belarus and Bulgaria participated in the forum. The participants focused on establishing a global information security order, safeguarding military and political information security, and united as one to beat cyber crimes and cyber terrorism. They also exchanged ideas about conducting international information security cooperation negotiation, ensuring Internet security, and concluding information operation and information weapon treaties.
During the forum, Vice Chairman Chen Jun of the CAIFC , on behalf of the CAIFC, concluded a Letter of Intent for Establishing a Global Information Security Study Seminar with forum participants and concluded with the Information Security College of Lomonosov Moscow State University a Cooperation Memo Between the CAIFC and the Information Security College of Lomonosov Moscow State University.
