On the morning of January 11th, 2010, the China Association for International Friendly Contact (CAIFC) held the Award Ceremony of the 3rd Agon Shu Kiriyama special teaching grants and scholarship. The establishment of such research grants and scholarship has played an active role in further improving the foreign language teaching and research as well as arousing the students’ passion for learning Japanese.
On the afternoon of January 11th, 2010, the CAIFC held the Award Ceremony of the 3rd Agon Shu Kiriyama special teaching grants in Beijing University. The awarded teachers are those engaged in researches on Law, Politics, Sociology, Education, China and Foreign Language and Literature, International Economics, Information Management, Urban Environment, Archaeology and Publishing. Such research grants have played a favorable role in research of the youth scholars in Beijing University and become popular among faculty in Beijing University.
On the afternoon of January, 13th, 2010, the CAIFC held the award ceremony of the Agon Shu “Kiriyama Bounty in Zhongshan University”. Such bounty has been established for nearly 20 years and a great number of youth teachers have been funded, powerfully facilitating the education of Zhongshan University. The Executive Vice Secretary General of the CAIFC Chen Jun and the director of Bureau of National Affairs of Japanese Agon Shu in China Shi Xuejun participated in the activity mentioned above.
