At the invitation of Agon Shu, from October 15th to 20th, 2009 the China Association for International Friendly Contact (CAIFC) appointed six journalists from media including China Central Television, Guizhou TV, Weiqi Games Show, Sina and Weiqi to pay a visit to Japan. During their stay in Japan, they interviewed the final games of “Agon Shu Kiriyama Cup” in Japan held in the Agon Shu Honzan in Kyoto. Naoki Hane Section 9 with white chess piece won the reigning champion Zhang Xu Section 9. The delegation made the special interview for the director of the Agon Shu, Mr. Kiriyama Seiyu and leader of the Bureau of Finance Ms. Kenzo Hiramatsu.
