From September 25th to October 4th, Mr. Li Haoyu, Deputy Secretary General of CAIFC, led a delegation to visit Ukraine, Latvia and Russia.
During the visit, the delegation met with Mr. Kravchuk, former Ukraine President, Honorary President of Association for Ukraine-China Friendship, and Mr. Maris Kucinskis, Prime Minister of Latvia. The two sides exchanged views on strengthening strategic cooperation within the framework of “Belt and Road” Initiative and enhancing people-to-people friendship, and reached consensus on future exchanges and cooperation. Art exhibitions named “Belt and Road & China Image” were held in Moscow and Tulskaya state. Mr. Liu Dawei, Director of Arts Committee of the China Painting Academy for Friendly Contact (CPAFC) and Chairman of the China Artists Association, attended the exhibitions with other painting artists from CPAFC. The exhibitions were widely reported by public media like Russian National TV Station and Today’s Russia, and received extensive acclaim.
