From April 26th to 29th, 2008, Ishii Masahiro Magistrate of Okayama Prefecture, Japan and other 5 members paid friendly visits to Ningbo, Hangzhou and Shanghai. The China Association for International Friendly Contact (CAIFC) provided the necessary assistance for the visits of Ishii Masahiro.
